Your real estate marketing isn’t working. Not the way you want it to anyway.
You have done all the things your “coach” told you to do. Still, nothing. They tell you it takes time. Your hand is sore from all the personalized notes you are sending. Your ego is bruised from all the cold calls and door knocking rejection. Your wallet is slim from all the leads you are buying (from your biggest competitors – Z.T.R.). Your sphere of influence is getting tired of your scripts and dialogues.
Wouldn’t it be great to do something different?
Something that works if you work it? Something where you are not asking consumers to change their behavior to suit your needs? Wouldn’t it be nice to help consumers find you at the exact moment in time they have a need for your real estate services?
Hello, I’m Stephen Garner, Director Of Sales Technology for Grand Canyon Title Agency in Phoenix, Arizona. Our technology team at Grand Canyon Title helps real estate professionals like you get found on the Internet, where consumers would naturally look when they have a need for your real estate services.
Things Have Changed
Consumer behavior has changed. Today when consumers head online they are not necessarily looking for a real estate agent – not yet anyway, they are usually looking for a product or a solution. The product is typically a home for sale and the solution could be many things: avoiding foreclosure, buying a home, selling a home, short sale, neighborhood profiles, REO, things to do in. . ., schools, taxes, and SO MUCH MORE. To help them find you online you will need to STOP talking about what’s important to YOU and start talking about what’s important to THEM. Given the choice 80% of these consumers will choose video.
Video For Real Estate Agents
There are TWO types of real estate agents today. Those that ARE currently using video and those that WILL BE. Real estate professionals NOT using video run the risk of being irrelevant. This is because consumers clearly prefer video. NAR reports 73% of consumers would list with a real estate agent that uses video, yet NATIONALLY less than 2% do. Factor in the agents that use video to talk about how great they think they are, their production etc and we are talking less than 1%. This gap creates OPPORTUNITY. To most consumers a real estate agent is a COMMODITY – video can help you stand out from your competition while positioning yourself as the expert in your field.

Today, real estate leads go to the best marketers, not necessarily the best real estate agents. Why should a consumer care about you if THEY DON’T EVEN KNOW YOU EXIST?
