It seems like almost every month a real estate agent, broker, office manager or team leader here in Phoenix asks me about “snacks”.
Do I have any? Will I bring some? What kind!?
Look, I get it. It’s not your fault. You have become accostomed to it. Like Ham and Burger, Sand and Wich, Hot and Dog, Pi and Zza, you’ve been conditioned to think title company and snack!
Who can blame you?
For the longest time the value proposition of many title companies in Phoenix was not marketing real estate, it was providing some obscure training along with – snacks! Soda, Cookies, Bagels, Donuts, Pizza, Sandwiches, Burritos what have you, this was the cost of admission to speak to you about marketing real estate at your real estate office.

The real estate training real estate agents need to shift their real estate marketing towards the Internet where a consumer would naturally look for you and the services you provide – even though they may not even know you exist.
