There seem to be a lot of real estate photography services available but I haven’t really seen the same effort by a vendor to provide good voice narration with a quality video. Seems like a market niche waiting to be filled…

I would agree Kirk. I think voice narroration is a good thing but only if the agent that knows the listing best is doing it. I don’t like the professional narroration that some agents use, its canned and obviously paid for. There is emotion and conviction that can be easily conveyed if the agent does their own voiceover. Of course this requires the right microphones, and since most agents are still using subpar cameras I don’t see many that will have the necessary audio or video equipment.

That video was shot with the Canon 60D, I just ordered Canon’s latest DSLR masterpiece – the 5D Mark III. The next video that I shoot with that one will be insane! Many commercials and some TV shows have been shot with the Mark II, the Mark III is supposed to be cr-aaaa-zy! Stay tuned Kirk!
