What In The World Is A BungoBox?

Moving BoxesBefore I was “a former title rep for a national title insurance company in Phoenix Arizona”, before I was a title rep, before I was married – I was a jobless college grad with a B.A. in Criminal Justice from UNLV.  After graduation I bought some cardboard boxes, packed up all my “stuff”, loaded up my 1997 Mitsubishi Montero Sport and headed East –  to Atlanta, Georgia to apply for a job with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. Hello, my name is Stephen Garner. I am a former title rep for a national title insurance company in Phoenix Arizona, I spent 10 years helping real estate professionals – real estate agents and loan officers – grow their business. Now, I am the co – founder of PRO-Found Marketing.

So, after college I moved to Atlanta. While I was testing for the G.B.I. I took a job at some uppity up restaurant in Buckhead (that’s the ritzy area in Atlanta). It was there that I met Chris. Chris was also a recent college grad from Florida State. Chris and I hit it off right away, both of us had made a pit stop at this uppity restaurant on our way to [as we called it] a “real job”. One of the things I liked about Chris was his ambition. Chris was intent on working – for himself. He day traded before I knew what it was – and made money at it. Chris was the classic entrepreneur. It didn’t take me long [6 months] to realize that Atlanta was too damn hot. Actually, Hot is an understatement – Atlanta or rather HOT-Lanta [as the locals call it] is humid – wet. Coming from a warm climate like Las Vegas I had a few choices when leaving Atlanta:  Florida (too hot and humid), California (too expensive) or Phoenix. I bet you already know which one I chose – It’s a dry heat! So I bought more cardboard boxes [again] and loaded them into that same 1997 Mitsubishi Montero Sport and headed to Phoenix.

When I arrived in Phoenix I unpacked that 1997 Montero and threw away those cardboard boxes [again] and went on with my life. While testing for the Phoenix Police Dept I met a girl [she was HOT – YES, I married her – duh], and somehow I was side tracked to of all things – the title industry. As I thrived in the title industry, I kept in touch with Chris with this thing called email and then text messages and then facebook [maybe you have heard of it?]. Fast forward 10 years and Chris is now living in Phoenix as well. We promised we would hang out and catch up but Chris, the entrepreneur that he is was flying across the country looking for a franchise to buy.  I remember when he called and told me he had finally found one. BungoBox. I know, I know, you, [like I was] are probably thinking “What In The World Is  A BungoBox?”. Chris explained:

“Dude” [he really did call me Dude, were in our late 30’s!], BungoBox is a company out of Orlando Florida, . . .they set out to change the hassle and waste in moving and make it a lot more tolerable. [he continued] “Dude, they deliver [for FREE]  sturdy, secure and reusable plastic containers right to your door when you are moving. You simply fill them up with your crap and move. They have these cool things called Bungo Wheels that you can stack the Bungoboxes on about 4-5 high and move them all at once! Moving is much easier when you can move 5 boxes at a time wouldn’t you say? When you are done moving, you call them after you have unpacked and they come and pick up the containers [for FREE]  from your new home. No more expensive, wasteful cardboard boxes or tape. They are stackable, cost effective and convenient

Chris was excited. I was excited for him. He finally found a business that he believed in that he knew would work. I also knew it would work too. After 10 years in the title industry I know that every time a real estate agent comes in contact with a buyer or seller, someone is moving. And what do they need when they are moving? Those wasteful, expensive cardboard boxes! Chis and BungoBox are up and running now here in Phoenix. Chris has graciously offered a 10% discount to your clients. All you have to do is call, email, text, smoke signal [you get the point] and tell him MyTitleGuy sent you. As a real estate professional you want to add value to your clients. What better way than to save them the time, expense and hassle of cardboard boxes?

Did I mention that using BungoBox [on average] costs 50% less that cardboard boxes?
