Realtor Marketing in Arizona (everywhere I’m sure), for the most part is horrible. It’s true. Now don’t kill the messenger, the consumer is telling you that not me. How do I know? Most buyers will go with the 1st agent they come across when they identify a home they like. That’s why 80% of buyers will work with the 1st agent they come across.

Change your marketing to reflect what the consumer is looking for-property. 90% of buyers start their home search on the internet, 96% of 1st time buyers go to the internet, that’s where you need to be-not on a postcard or flyer!
