“Thanks for your work. BTW; I had a listing appointment yesterday and they were hammering me on commission. I wouldn’t budge from 6% because I know what we do and we are worth it. They had another agent that would do it for 4.5%. or 1.5% on sell side. This is a $1,200,000.00 listing. I emailed them the video and they thought it was fantastic.
