I use Google Alerts to monitor my brand “MyTitleGuy”, my name, my children’s names, wife, parents etc. I also use it to monitor my COMPETITORS. I know when a consumer has a bad experience with any one of them, company or individual. I also use Google Alerts to create better content – better stories. Google Alerts is a free and simple method of monitoring what others say about you or what’s important to you – online. Google Alerts helps me not only monitor what others are saying about me and what’s important to me – it also helps me come up with better content.
