Kristen Campagna, Branch Manager/Escrow Officer has been in Escrow for half her life. Kristen started her career in the Phoenix market in 1997. She has expanded her knowledge base by learning escrow policies for Colorado, California, Utah and Nevada. Kristen manages a great team of escrow officers and assistants to deliver a superior level of service.   Her team strives to give you and your client the BEST experience possible. Alyssa Joss,  Escrow Officer. An Arizona native, started her career with Grand Canyon Title Agency, Inc. in 2004.  Her first few years were spent in the Title Department before she made her way to the escrow side of the company where she found her niche in working face to face with clients.  Alyssa enjoys walking each and every client through their home buying or refinancing experience.  Her bubbly personality coupled with her Escrow skills and expanded knowledge of the Title process, make her a true joy and asset to work with.

Diana Olson, Assistant Branch Manager, Escrow Officer. Has worked in Escrow for the past 19 years.  She joined the Biltmore Team in 2009 and brought with her extensive knowledge in REO [bank owned properties], Short Sale, Reverse Mortgage, Wrap Agreement for Sale and Investor transactions.  Diana enjoys the standard Residential Resale and Refinance files and can handle all types of transactions so common in today’s complicated real estate market.  Diana is always available to her clients, who all have her cell phone number.  She prides herself in having quick and constant communication with all parties, and is the first into the office each day to start addressing the few messages she couldn’t otherwise get to after hours on her iPhone.  

Crystal Mann, Escrow Assistant has been in escrow since 2005. Crystal helps the escrow officers order preliminary title reports [background check on your property], home owner association statements, order payoffs, satisfy requirements to close your escrow, schedule closings and communicate additional requirements to you the buyer or seller.

Cecilia Fernandez, Assistant Escrow Officer has been in escrow since 1998.  Although Cecilia recently joined the Biltmore Team, she has been with Grand Canyon Title for 9 years.  Starting in the refinance part of the industry, Cecilia has grown to learn all aspects of escrow.  Cecilia enjoys assisting the escrow officers in facilitating your transaction needs.  She is extremely knowledgeable in her position and she will be a great asset to you are your team as she has been to ours.  

Stephen Garner, Director Of Sales Technology. 2012 marks Stephen’s 11 year in the title industry. As the director of sales technology for Grand Canyon Title Stephen helps real estate professionals prepare for and adapt to the change in consumer behavior.  Consumer behavior has moved away from direct mail, TV, Radio and towards the Internet. Stephen helps Grand Canyon’s real estate clientele with technologies like WordPress, Video, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Screencast, Syndication and Indexable IDX solutuons to provide a higher level of service to you – the consumer.
