The concept of real estate marketing remains the same. You simply need to be there when a consumer has a need for your real estate services. The eyeballs of consumers used to be on their TV’s, their mailbox, their email, billboards, shopping carts, their ears used to be tuned on the radio – but that is changing. Today, more and more consumers attention, their eyeballs, are focused on the Internet. Why? Because no one is looking online for a Top=Producing-Phoenix-REALTOR-with-25-years-experience-who-is-an-ABR-CRS-GRI-CDPE-who-specializes-in-Mesa-Arizona. Traditional real estate marketing was about VANITY {look at me, look at me!} Heavily photoshopped image of a REALTOR® leaning against a SOLD sign, in front of a multi million dollar home,  arms crossed – grinning from ear to ear with another of my favorite tagline’s below it “Results For You!” Really?

Look at me and my marketing. You are my ideal client, I created content I thought you would look for when you had a need for Real Estate Marketing in Phoenix, this content is NOT about how AWESOME I am, my awards or Why YOU should work with ME is it? NO – if it was, you would probably think “yeah right buddy”  and leave this page – immediately. Instead of talking about how “great” I am, I rely on my message to convey value in your mind – to you.
