Lifestyle Search – Search For a Home The Way You Want To Live

Question. Where do you go to gather information or solve a problem? The Internet right? Who doesn’t. The Internet is a wealth of information, not just information, relevant information. I am a former business development manager for a national title insurance company in Phoenix Arizona. I have spent the last 10 years working with some of the best real estate professionals in the Phoenix Market.

I go to the Internet FIRST when looking for information. What about you? Over 90% of consumers {like you} do as well. The only time I don’t go to the Internet first is when I am not feeling well. I always end up finding evidence that I am dying! “Have you ever had shortness of breath? Does it hurt when you stub your toe? You could have {insert devastating, incurable and rare diease here}. “Oh My Gosh, I’m Dying!” :-)

As I said, over 90% of consumers go to the Internet first when looking for homes. It makes sense. Why call a real estate agent to show you homes until you find a home that fits your needs – yourself? 4 short years ago, the average consumer went to a real estate agent and said “show me 10 homes”, today the average consumer says “these are the 10 homes I want to see”. The Internet has changed the way we search.

Because of the wealth of information available on the Internet, you can easily identify a home that looks like it will fit your needs. You have 4 kids, you look for a home with 5 bedrooms. Your kids are in different schools, you look for a home centrally located – to all of them, You have 2 dogs, you look for a home with a large backyard. You have a husband, you look for a home with a third car garage or man cave. But, does that home fit your lifestyle?

Lets say, you and your spouse like to walk to a neighborhood coffee shop every morning for some alone time, away from the kids and the dogs. Or lets say you like to take “Fido” to the doggie park every weekend. Wouldn’t you like to know if that 5 bedroom 2 bath home with the large backyard, 3 car garage and man cave, will suite your lifestyle? The Internet age has afforded us a lot of convenience, wouldn’t it be convenient to search for “Gilbert Real Estate” or “Gilbert Homes For Sale” that actually fit your lifestyle?

Solutions Real Estate recently launched it’s Lifestyle search. How easy is it to search for homes that fit the way you want to live? You Tell Me.
