Are THEY Finding You?

Are they finding you?  When I say “They” I am referring to your target audience, are they finding you online?  Do you even know who your target audience is?  My target audience is Real Estate Professionals, FSBO’s etc. I am a business development manager for a national title insurance company in Phoenix Arizona, I help real estate professionals-real estate agents and loan officers/lenders-get “found” online.

I have made it my mission to help the real estate professionals here in Arizona, and really anywhere-change their marketing.  Not that I have anything against their marketing, I don’t-I just want it to work for them.  Why?  Because the more business they do, the more business they have to give to me!  Ok, lets look at the traditional ways real estate agents look for business:

  • Cold Calls
  • Open Houses
  • Print Ads
  • Buyer Seminars
  • Trade Shows
  • Calenders
  • Newsletters
  • Coffee Mugs
  • Fly Swatters

  • The stopper things at grocery stores that separate my order from yours
  • The back of grocery store receipts
  • Should I keep going? :-(

and on and on and on.  The problem is, these techniques are becoming less and less effective, hell, you probably don’t respond to them yourself- AND they aren’t getting any cheaper either by the way.  What is the cost of a stamp these days, I don’t know, who mails things anymore?  Real Estate Agents!  Stop!  Please, I want to save you time and money!

I want to help you get found when the consumer goes to the Internet looking for homes, information or to solve a problem.  You know by now that 90% + consumers start their home search on the Internet, what I don’t understand is why you are not there?  I am am title rep, most of my business doesn’t come from going to your office…schmoozing the receptionist….getting in front of you to tell you about my great company or my great escrow officers.  Don’t get me wrong, they are great, but you don’t care because you want more business!  More and more of my business is coming from the Internet.  I am not a Realtor but I get “found” online when consumers need my/our services.  They have already done their research, they are looking for help.  I want to show you how to do the same thing.  Look, I know that every title person says they can help you, and promises the moon and the stars, problem is, none of that in tangible, you can’t touch it, you can’t feel it and you most likely cant see it.  Well, let me show you how I get found, by Investors, For Sale By Owners and other Realtor’s around the country.  Watch This.
